Shrimp Chicken Paella
Ingredients3/4 x pound large shrimp no skin1 x teaspoon smoked spanish paprikaa pinch of salt and pepper1 x tablespoon olive oil500 grams slices of andouille sausages1 x cup sliced onion3 x diced cloves of garlic1x tablespoon fresh thyme, choppeda set of diced tomatoes and chiles 2x cups of ricea pinch of saffron threads4 x cups reduced-sodium chicken broth1 x set of green peasslices of lemon2 x tablespoons thinly cut Italian parsleyInstructionsPrepare a large cooking pan and heat up the oil. Set the mixing bowl and put the ingredients such as the shrimp with paprika, salt, pepper and mix them well until fully marinated.After a cooking pan gets the right heat put on the sausage and cook it until brown. Take out the sausage and put it to a blank plate with a paper towel.Add the other ingredients to the cooking pan like garlic and onion also the remaining ones and cook until the smell is great. Salt and pepper for flavor also boil the chicken broth.After a few minutes of stirring add on the shrimp and sausage and let it simmer for more minutes. Once it dries up add the rice and keep on stirring until dried or thicken up.Remove from heat and serve.Enjoy.
