Spicy Sesame Beef Paleo
Ingredients1 x tablespoon olive oil3 x diced cloves garlic, 1 small minced ginger, 450 grams lean ground beef ⅓ x cup coconut sugar 5 x tablespoons coconut oil1 x tablespoon sesame oil ½ x teaspoon pepper flakes musheda pinch of salt and pepper to taste2–3 x thinly sliced green onions and scallions 1 x teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions Prepare and heat up the cooking pan and add the ginger and garlic. Mix well while cooking and suddenly put the oil keep on stirring for a minute. Pour down the ground beef stir again until it almost cooked. Add on the coconut sugar, coconut oil, sesame oil, and other seasonings to the cooking pan and mix for another few minutes.Remove from heat and garnish with onion, scallions, and sesame seeds. Blend and mix very well.Enjoy
