12 scallop meat
500 grams of lean beef
a pinch of salt and pepper
6 cloves of garlic diced
1 large onion sliced to cubes
1 carrot sliced to cubes
1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
3 parsley thinly cut
1/2 cup of beef broth
Prepare a large cooking pan or pot and heat up the oil. Add on the garlic, lean ground beef and scallop meat, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Pour down the carrots, red bell pepper, and parsley and sit again for an extra 5 minutes. Keep on stirring and add the beef broth. Mix and stir well for 4 minutes.
After stirring simmer until it thickens or softens. Remove from heat and serve. For more flavor add on salt and pepper. Add broccoli for optional.
