2 x eggs

1/2 x avocado

1 x slice sourdough

20g soft cheese (feta)

60g bacon

1 cup x diced tomato, onions & mushrooms 

1/4 lemon 


Poach, boil or fry eggs with your preferred cooking method.

While eggs are cooking heat pan to hot and cook bacon while sautèing tomato, onions & mushrooms by continuously stirring for 2-3 mins or until soft.

Toast sourdough and plate all ingredients when ready.

Serves 1
