Protein pancakes

Ingredients
- 50g whey protein
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tbs flour
- 125ml Greek yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
Directions
- combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until batter is smooth.
- Fry the pancakes in a non stick pan with a tsp coconut oil.
- Serve with maple sauce and a handful of mixed berries or whatever you prefer.
