Protein pancakes


  • 50g whey protein 
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tbs flour
  • 125ml Greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  1. combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until batter is smooth.
  2. Fry the pancakes in a non stick pan with a tsp coconut oil.
  3. Serve with maple sauce and a handful of mixed berries or whatever you prefer.
