Peanut butter or peanuts have a large amount of protein, fiber, and niacin. Banana, on the other hand, has potassium and fiber which gives you now to types of fiber nutrients at the same time.

1 x banana
1 tbsp. natural peanut butter
10 oz. milk of choice, such as almond, low-fat cow’s milk, or flax milk
Mix the milk and peanut butter very well and add the banana on top or you can even try mixing the banana with milk and peanut butter what you preferred to.
