Ingredients
1 and a half tbsp coconut oil
half a slice cauliflower
half a slice broccoli
half a slice lettuce
4 - 5 x eggs
half a slice spinach
Instructions
Preheat the skillet for a minute or 2 under medium heat. Thinly slice all the ingredients and mix it to the egg or you can put the egg first while putting all the ingredients on it and mix very well. For the remaining pieces, you can store them to your fridge for another use.
P.S. beat the eggs lightly.
