Lentils With Kielbasa Soup
2 x tablespoons olive oil
2 x stalks celery cut well
2 medium carrots cut well
1 x medium onion cut well
3 x cloves garlic diced
12 ounces kielbasa, diced
2 x cups green lentils
salt and pepper
fresh parsley leaves for garnishing
Heat the cooking pan or pot with oil and eventually drop down the carrots, onions, garlic and slowly mix them all up until cooked
Heat the oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the celery, carrots, onion, and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, 8 to 10 minutes.
Boil the kielbasa and add lentils, 8 cups water pour down a pinch of each salt and pepper. Decrease the pan temperature until fully cooked. Garnish with parsley and enjoy
