Ep # 7 Kangaroo jerky
- 1kg thinly sliced steaks
- cracked pepper
- rock salt
- soy sauce
- minced garlic
- cut thin steaks before marinating in soy sauce for at least 1-hour.
- dry steaks between paper towel before liberally applying salt, cracked pepper and minced garlic.
- hang thinly cut steaks in an oven at 100°c for 6-8hrs with the oven door slightly a jar for airflow
- when steaks are completely dried out remove from oven and slice into jerky size pieces.
- 60g servings.
