  • 1kg thinly sliced steaks
  • cracked pepper
  • rock salt
  • soy sauce
  • minced garlic


  1. cut thin steaks before marinating in soy sauce for at least 1-hour.
  2. dry steaks between paper towel before liberally applying salt, cracked pepper and minced garlic.
  3. hang thinly cut steaks in an oven at 100°c for 6-8hrs with the oven door slightly a jar for airflow
  4. when steaks are completely dried out remove from oven and slice into jerky size pieces. 
  5. 60g servings.
