Ep #10 recipes - How to cook the perfect steak and hash browns:
- 1 medium potato
- 1-tsp salt
- 1-table spoon olive oil
- paper towel
- Wash and peel potato with a potato peeler.
- Pat down peeled potato between paper towel to absorb all moisture.
- Sprinkle salt over shredded potato and form into a small ball and flatten.
- shallow fry on medium high in a fry pan for 3-4mins each side.
1 medium potato makes 2 hash browns.
