Ground Beefy Goodness Paleo
Ingredients1 x tbsp olive oil 2 x carrots peeled and chopped 1 x crown broccoli chopped 6 x radishes chopped 450 grams whole lean ground beefa pinch of salt and pepper to taste2 x tsp ground ginger 2 x zucchini squash chopped 1 x yellow squash choppedInstructions
Prepare the skillet and put the oil wait until it heats up. Add right away the broccoli, radishes, and carrots. Cook until becomes firm. Make way for the ground beef and set aside the veggies. Make sure to sprinkle pepper, salt, and add ginger. Mix all the ingredients for a few minutes and flat the beef. Then chunks the beef with a thong or spatula and proceed stirring. Put the remaining ingredients and keep on stirring until the beef is totally cooked. Serve and enjoy.
