1 x cup plain flour
1 x tsp baking powder
1/2 x tsp salt
1/2 x cup milk
1/2 x cup water
5 to 6 pieces of fish or chicken thigh
mayo or caesar dressing
Prepare a bowl and put all the ingredients such as the flour, baking powder, and salt together. Pour down the milk and water and then beat them up until the batter is getting smooth. Dig in the chicken or the fish in the batter and deep fry with olive or butter. Serve and enjoy.
