Egg In Bell Pepper With Basil Or Onion Leaves
This egg in bell pepper dish will jumpstart your day especially if you are going to work out. A combination of protein in egg and heat of spice from bell pepper will certainly get you on the go.
4 x Whole Eggs, 4 x Red or any color Bell Pepper, a pinch of salt and pepper, and garnish it with basil or onion leaves.
Preheat the cooking pan with oil and cut the bell pepper then put it inside the cooking pan. Add the egg in the middle of the bell pepper to season and garnish with onion leaves or basil. Remove from pan and serve.
