Ancho Chicken Tacos
IngredientsAncho Chicken 1/2 x cup white whole wheat flour 2 x teaspoons ancho chili powder 1 x teaspoon southwestern or taco seasoning a pinch of salt and pepper 2 x tablespoons oil 1 1/2 x lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
Tacos and Toppings Tacos12 x small corn tortillas green cabbage leaves choppedcilantro finely chopped Toppingslime wedgessour cream jalapeño slicesavocado slicesfinely cut green or red onions Instructions
Preheat the oil in the skillet and add immediately the chicken let it sit for a few minutes each side until cook. Mix the flour, ancho chili powder, mixed seasoning, salt, and pepper to a bowl. You can put the tacos inside the oven or in the skillet until its cooked. Chop the chicken breast and mix it with the other ingredients. Finely put it on top of the taco and ready to serve.Enjoy
