Chicken Seafood Paella

Ingredients 


1 x  onion thinly sliced
2 x tomatoes thinly sliced
6 - 8 x skinless and boneless chicken breast
1 1/2 lb. pork loin thinly cut into small squares
1/2 lb. squid
1 to 1 1/2 lb. whole grain or long grain rice
4 - 6 x cups chicken broth
1 x large pinch saffron 
1 1/2 lb. mussels without shell
1 lb. clams with no shell
1 1/2 lb. large shrimp with no skin
1 x red bell pepper
1 10 oz. peas
a pinch of salt and pepper
olive oil

Instructions

Prepare the heated pan and put the olive oil. After a few minutes add the onions, tomatoes, squid, clam, mussels, and rice mix very well until cooked. Bring to boil the chicken with broth and remove from the heat. Add the chicken to the heated pan with ingredients and cook again for a few minutes and then add the broth of the chicken stir until drained. Garnish with lemon or basil leaves on the top and serve.
