Chicken Patty Crunch
Ingredients 500g free-range chicken breast minced1 x onion finely diced1 x capsicum finely diced1 x zucchini finely grated1 x carrot finely grated1 x egg 1 x can cream of chicken soup 1 x tsp garlic finely diced1 x tbs sweet chili sauce 2 x tsp dried herbs finely gratedolive oil or butterInstructionsPrepare a large cooking pan with oil and heat up for 4 minutes. Mix all the ingredients well and form a patty or circle. Cook each side of the patty for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and put it to a plate with paper towel to remove excess oil and serve.Enjoy
