Cheesy Chicken Paleo
Ingredients2 x cups of thinly sliced chicken meat1⅓ x cups cooked butternut squash ¼ x cup coconut cream as a topping¼ x cup ghee or butter oil1 x cup green peas 1 x tsp mixed seasoning1 - 2 x tbs raw apple cider vinegar1 x cup of shredded parmesan cheeseInstructionsPrepare the large cooking pan and add the butter oil or ghee for a few minutes. Add the sliced chicken meat, butternut squash, seasoning, apple cider and green peas. Mix very well and let it simmer for a few minutes or until cooked. Put the coconut cream on top and parmesan to garnish, Enjoy
