Cheese Chicken Mushroom Paleo With A Twist
Ingredients 8 x chicken thighs a pinch of salt and pepper1 x tsp dried sage 1/2 x tsp dried thyme ghee or olive oilparmesan cheesea can of mushrooms1/2 x medium onion diced2 x cloves garlic dicedchicken bone 1/4 x cup coconut milk 2 x tsp brown mustard 2x tsp tapiocaInstructions Prepare the large cooking pan and put oil heat up for a few minutes and add chicken, salt, pepper thyme, garlic, onion, and sage then check if it's already or almost cooked. Then put the mushroom, chicken broth, and seasonings. Flip each side to evenly cooked. Add the coconut oil, tapioca, mustard, and parmesan cheese on top and wait it simmer for a few more minutes. Serve and enjoy.
