6 x lean meat chicken breast
3 x garlic cloves diced
1 x medium onion diced
1 x tbsp butter
50ml lime juice
a can of orange marmalade or a homemade orange marmalade
parsley to garnish
Heat the large pan with olive oil first and spread the lean meat chicken breast cook for a 4 minutes. Add on the butter and stir until brown. flip each until even cooked. Add some garlic and onion and keep on stirring until fragrant. Add up the oyster sauce, lime juice and orange marmalade. Let it simmer for a few minutes. Wait until thicken and flip each side. Remove from heat and add parsley to garnish.
