500g beef mince
2 medium carrots
1 large Spanish onion
1/2 bunch parsley
1tsp cracked pepper
Finely grate the carrots and dice the onion and parsley before adding all the ingredients together and mixing well in a large bowl. Take a small handful of mince (100g) and roll into small balls to form a meat patty.
Recipe makes 8-10 rissoles.
