Bacon with Eggs

Bacon is one of the common breakfast meals on a daily basis paired with toast or plain bread. Though bacon can is a processed type of food that is considered a low carb food as long as it can be eaten in moderation.

A combination of Eggs and Bacon increases your protein intake which is very useful when doing a lot of body workout.

Ingredients

1 - 2 pieces of bacon
3 - 4 eggs
a pinch of salt
a pinch of pepper

Instructions

Fry the bacon under medium heat pan until golden brown.
Put the bacon aside and cook the 3 to 4 eggs.
Once done put the eggs on top of the bacon and put a pinch of pepper with salt.
Enjoy.
